HOW IT WORKS
We will discuss any history as to the condition of the property and the reason for requesting our service. Property Energizers will then conduct a walk-through to determine the areas and/or causes of the energetic imbalances affecting the property. With energy-dowsing techniques, the normal natural state of beneficial energy returns to the property.
 About Rich
Rich Lenzini, an energy-dowsing consultant, with over 20 year’s experience restoring energy. Having studied under the Rev. Hanna Kroeger from the early 90s becoming a “Mutual Hand’s Practitioner” of dowsing for the underlying cause’s of “disease.” I continue to expand and explore the limitless potential of using various energy techniques and tool’s in service to client’s seeking information and answer’s to any and all energy related concern’s.
Understanding “energy” and utilizing that knowledge to affect beneficial results is what I am discovering as the leading-edge assistance, client’s today are seeking. This awareness of energy and how it works has been useful not only seeking the under-lying causes of physical imbalances and what the remedies might be, but also, the mental, emotional, spiritual and material areas of one’s life.
In 2004, I studied under and was ordained by Dr. Willard Fuller, founder and Pres. of the “Lively Stone’s World Healing Fellowship.” I continue to serve and consult clients as an ordained minister in all areas as mentioned above, seeking always, the “Highest and Best Truth.”

Answer: Yes, with dowsing tools, Property Energizers will do a walk through to determine your properties imbalances and return it to a normal natural state.
Question: “Once energy imbalances have been restored, will I receive a written report?
Answer: Yes, you will receive either a verbal and/or written evaluation of the property and the work that Property Energizers completed to bring balance to the property.
Question: “If someone deceased at a property, does energy remain and could it have an impact on how that property feels?”
Answer: Yes, even though real property laws require that, this kind of event is written in the disclosures if with-in three years, or it may have happened long ago, or might have been ignored as important information.
